Rolely is an AI-powered interactive storytelling platform that allows users to create, share, and experience dynamic narrative adventures. The service includes both free and premium features, as outlined in our pricing plans.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

a. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

b. Maintain and update your account information

c. Keep your password secure and confidential

d. Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

e. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you create using Rolely. However, you agree not to:

a. Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory

b. Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

c. Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service

d. Share inappropriate content with minors

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our Service under strict contractual obligations.

This does not include open source software, libraries, frameworks, or third-party components used in the Service, which remain subject to their respective licenses. Rolely claims ownership only of its original code, content, branding, and proprietary features developed specifically for the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rolely be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all audiences. Users are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content at their own discretion. Rolely does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

12. International Use

The Service is operated from the United States. Users accessing the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
